SPARD® is a complete Distribution Management System (DMS) and GIS, that offers sophisticated functionalities for operation, analysis, optimization and management of electric distribution systems. It also includes modules such as Outage Management (OMS), Trouble Call and Crew Management (TCS & CMS).

SPARD®’s mp software architecture is modular. sharing the same Geo - Data Base, the SPARD Distribution Database (SDDB), which contains the inventory of the distribution system, its topology as built, and also the network’s operation as operated and availability states, that are essential for project planning and works.

The Data Base works on Oracle® or SQL -Server® DBMS. All modules are interrelated and integrate different areas of an electric utility company. Implementation projects also include Real Time interfacing to SCADA and to Commercial Information Systems. Other, existing Geo-Databases can be accessed too.
